Reinacting Childhood

So today was a really great day; Me and Emily Jarvis were set out on having one of the best little kid days ever! I personally think we succeeded!
Last night we had decided that we were going to "go camping". So we built our forts, turned out all the lights downstairs, and found all the flashlights we could. We stayed up all night laughing, playing games, making up jokes, and just having a blast!!!!

The next morning we got up SUPER early and we ran around the house looking for loose change. Then we went to the doughnut shop to get us some soda with that money we had just found. We still had a little money left, so we went to Walgreen's to see what we could buy. Well us being in the childish mood we were in, we bought GIANT PUNCHING BALLOONS!!! After buying them we immediately blew them up and started playing with them. We walked around the block with those balloons, till we got cold and went home :).

Later that afternoon we had milkshakes and painted "penny banks". We painted jars that we would start putting money in to save up for camp, and for other trips. While our jars were drying we heard the ice cream truck so we ran outside and did a little dance in the driveway for the ice cream truck dude, lol that was fun!!!

The best part about this was that WE DID IT ALL BEFORE 2 IN THE AFTERNOON!!!!

It was a very fun yet exhausting day, and i wish i could let out my inner child more ofter!!!!!

Cruel or just teens????

So today was a half day, crazy as usual, but mostly boring. I mean this day was SO boring, I'm gonna have to show you pictures of us, either sleeping or bored out of our minds, just so I can emphasize how boring it was...

So that proves today was insanely boring!!!

Something happened on the bus that just totally got me thinking; Why are teenagers so rude and cruel??? They don't have to be, but why are they?
So, on the bus there was this one little sixth grader that "everyone" hates, and one of the eighth graders punched this kid in the face (the kids head hit the window) and he knocked out. All the other kids just left him there; He missed his stop, and four others. When he woke up it was the last stop (mine) and he had to get off and walk all the way home!!! My question is now, why do teens act cruel toward others, is it programmed in our heads??? Or maybe fed to us in our lunch food??? And here's an even better question; Does it get better as an adult or is it the same and they just know how to hide it better???

YW (2-9-10) Personal Progress

Ok, so today was an ok day. I think the highlight of the day was going to church. we were told to come early for meetings with bishop, so I came early and ended up beating the ice that surrounded the church.
In Personal Progress we made cookies, i started off by falling on the floor and rolling :). while making cookies Shaylene was busy attacking her sisters head, they tied her hands together and made sure she wasnt going to take it down.....
